My husband and I, our 24 year old daughter and 20 year old son traveled through the entire country of Ireland for 4 weeks in May and June. We stayed in several rental homes and many very nice hotels. But this home was our absolute favorite! The pictures don’t even begin to give you the charm of this home and location. We drove the entire penninsula and i saw the other homes we were thinking of renting and this property exceeds all the other by far. We LOVED it here and actually were extremely sad to leave. There is no view better and looking out at the vast ocean in front of you is breath taking and we can only describe it as a magical place. The sheep that came to visit was in itself amazing. We all agreed would only come back to this property if we came to visit Ireland again. Also i would like to say that the renting process was one of the most easiest and enjoyable as well. Lastly we like to say we travel alot and have stayed many places and Slea Head Cottage sits fondly on our hearts.

We spent the most amazing week in Slea Head Cottage in June 2010. The cottage itself is really spacious, extremely comfortable and fitted out to the highest standard. The location of the house is incredible, the views are panoramic around the house and it is breathtaking to sit out on the patio and look out at the Atlantic Ocean and the Blasket Islands. It is very spectacular, different every day and even more amazing than the photos show. Dingle itself is the most magical place there is so much to see and fantastic places to eat out. Being in Slea Head Cottage is like sitting on the edge of the world, not to be missed. This house gets our highest recommendation!!

We just came home from a very relaxing week on the Dingle peninsula. Waking up each morning and going to bed each evening with a view of Skellig and Blasket Islands was priceless. The farmer’s sheep surrounding the property was a bonus. This was a very clean, well maintained and spacious cottage. The kitchen provides everything you need to cook all your meals. The pictures do not begin to show the beauty of this property. We spent most of our time exploring the Dingle peninsula and it was a comfortable drive to the Kerry ring. Our family, including three children, thoroughly enjoyed our visit. This property will make you fall in love with Dingle and Ireland.
